Instead, this space is about learning how to meet yourself with compassion, to process what’s been heavy, and to create a new relationship with your emotions—one that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

What to Expect:

Our weekly sessions – We’ll meet Thursdays at 10 AM PST on Zoom for 90 minutes of tapping, reflection, and connection.
Recordings available – If you can’t make it live, you can still tap along and experience the shifts.
A supportive community – We grow faster when we witness each other’s breakthroughs. Borrowing benefits is real!
An open, judgment-free space – However you’re feeling, whatever you’re carrying, you’re welcome here.

How to Prepare:

  • Bring a journal, some water, tissues, and an open heart.

  • Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable.

  • There’s no right or wrong way to do this—just show up as you are.

  • If you have a copy of Atlas of the Heart, bring it along, but it’s not required.
