Heart’s Journey is a space where you don’t have to figure it out alone. Using the insights from Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown, we’ll explore what your emotions are really telling you.
Brené has given us a wonderful map of how to name and define our emotions, and our aspirations within the group will be to learn how these emotions show up in our bodies. Together we will explore how they may be influencing our well-being or our ability to show up as the highest version of who we envision being.
Our focus will be learning how to embody our emotions without being overwhelmed by them, so we move through life with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

In this next chapter of Heart’s Journey, we turn with curiosity toward the often-unspoken emotions that arise when we see ourselves in contrast to others: admiration, reverence, envy, jealousy, resentment, schadenfreude, and freudenfreude.
These feelings can shape our self-worth, disrupt our relationships, and quietly steer our choices. But when we meet them with awareness and compassion, they become portals—leading us back to our values, our desires, and our deepest truths.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll be gently guided through EFT tapping practices, somatic reflections, and heart-centered inquiry designed to:

What is Tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or tapping, is a powerful mind-body practice that helps you process emotions by gently tapping on acupressure points while focusing on what’s coming up for you. The gentle taps send calming signals to the brain, releasing stress, shifting patterns, and creating new possibilities.
When we tap in a group, the effects are amplified. The emotional shifts we witness in each other create a ripple effect, helping everyone move forward with greater clarity and ease.
